If you want more help in this area read THIS post on Sleep Hygiene. Just like prioritizing your nutrition has a domino effect in your life, so does getting adequate rest!
  5. Stay active and MOVE. This can be a challenge if you’re sitting behind a desk for most hours of the day. Go for 10 min walk if work permits. Make up routes around the office. Walk in place! Be strategic in how you’ll still be able to move- be it working out in the early morning before work or afternoon after work and/or sneaking those steps in throughout the day.
