The Website uses Shopify as its ecommerce platform, which also handles payment processing. If you purchase something from the Website, we will receive certain information for fulfillment of your purchase. We do not, however, store your payment information, other than card type and last four digits. If you purchase a physical product, we will transfer information for fulfillment and shipping. 
  • Community – Certain products include a community component, which is hosted on Facebook. We do not transfer your information to Facebook, but a Facebook account is required to access the content in the community. 
  • Emails and Subscriptions – If you subscribe to receive our newsletter or you purchase a digital product, you will provide us with, at minimum, your email address so that we can fulfill this request. We utilize third-party service providers for the purpose of delivering these products and communications. Subscription-based content will contain links that allow you unsubscribe to future newsletters. Our email service provider will also track information regarding your interaction with our emails, such as  whether they have been opened or you have clicked on a particular link.

On the Website, you may subscribe to our newsletter, which may be used for advertising purposes. All newsletters sent may contain tracking pixels. The pixel is embedded in emails and allows an analysis of the success of online marketing campaigns. How to submit a verifiable consumer request

To exercise these rights, you must submit a verifiable consumer request to us by sending an email to EMAIL.

Please note that only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a request on behalf of a minor child.

You may only make a request under these rights twice in a twelve-month period. Your verifiable consumer request must:
