    Hi I’m new to this WHOLE30. I’ve been searching on here for recipes and making a weekly shopping list. Are you allowed to have any caffeine? and what do you suggest for a sweet tooth? I appreciate your feedback. I’m a mom of 3 with an 8 week old and need to lose 20 lbs. I plan on starting this journey sunday.

      Hi Kelly! You can have caffeine in the form of black coffee and teas that are compliant. Check your ingredient list. I highly recommend purchasing the Whole30 book as it will Make your life so much easier! For the sweet tooth, the goal of whole30 is to curb your sweet tooth and slay your sugar dragon! But… The Stay Fit Mom Homemade Larabar recipe is a great one that you can have in moderation. Good luck to you!!

      I am using the macro plan how does that work with whole 30? can you get the carbs needed using whole 30? or are these separate plans?

        These are most definitely separate plans! You could do whole30 and macros, however it would be difficult and the beauty of macros is that you can eat all the food groups and still see results.

    Hi Tracy!
    I came across your blog while researching women’s crossfit programs! To be honest I haven’t workout really in years but did tried crossfit in February for 30 days and really liked it! Both my husband and children do crossfit at a local gym near our home but me ever finding the time just seems impossible:/ I was wondering which of your programs you would recommend doing first it has been a while since I’ve workout? Time and excuses are a big struggle for me with all the responsibilities I have as a mom and wife so I am trying to find something I can do and stay committed to without feeling the “mom guilt”. Any feedback would be great:) I love your blog and find it super encouraging!!!

If you are wanting to complete a program at home we have a great 31 Day At Home CrossFit Workout Plan (linked below). It can very easily be modified for beginners. Modification options are listed on each workout.

    Hello! I love your page! It is so informational and has a lot of great ideas/tips. I am 13 weeks pregnant and have considered incorporating a protein powder into my diet (I just read your 5 favorite protein shakes article and they all look amazing!). Is there a particular kind or brand that you would recommend for pregnancy, with low sugar and additives, but is also easy on the budget?

      Hi Kera! Congrats on your little peanut! I used the Optimum Nutrition brand from Costco through my pregnancy and while nursing. However, if you want something a little “cleaner” I would go with the MRM brand. You can find it one Amazon for a decent price.

        Hello, I’ve been following you and Tracey for awhile now and even ordered a few cookbooks which I love because the meals are simple! I’ve tried a lot of diets in the past even counting macros on my own. I’ve decided I need help. I’m 47 and in menopause. My body is battling against me and I’m frustrated. I have the 6 week challenge in my cart but before I checkout, do you or anyone specialize in hormonal women? Thanks so much.

      Hi Sherry! All of our coaching takes place in a secret FB group, so you’d have to set up an account just for the purpose of the coaching. We have had clients set up accounts with fake names so that other people aren’t able to find them. Go ahead and send us over an email and we can give you more details about the program.

    HI, I was wondering what I need to do to change my program. I am a member with a one on one coach and I think I need to step back a little bit. I have been doing really well on my macros for awhile but am REALLY having a hard time getting back to it. I was thinking that maybe I should take a break and then start back up when I am ready. I have been paying for a coach all along but haven’t really been checking in on a regular basis since November and it is too expensive for me to do that. Please let me know what I can do.

    Hi! It seems like most of your clients are younger moms than me. I’m 54 and just really starting to get hit hard with menopause. Will the 6 week macros program benefit me? I seem to be steadily gaining about 2-3 lbs a month at this point and I need to lose about 25-30 lbs to get back to a “comfortable in my skin” point.

    I’m really excited to try some of the recipes from Cookbook 3…BUT… I really wish I would have know that so many recipes rely on Air fryers and Instapots. Had I known I would have chosen the Meal Prep cookbook or something else.

    I was wondering if you all planned to release any Vegan meal prep cookbooks? Or if you’re able to tailor individual macros with this diet in mind? I struggle to hit my protein numbers eating vegan but feel the best when I eat this type of diet.

    I just purchased your cookbook and I was looking at the chocolate baked oats. The Swerve – is that granular or brown sugar?

      Hi Monique! Thank you for your purchase. In that particular recipe I just used the granular. You can of course just use regular sugar, coconut sugar, or whatever other sweetener you like.
