Ingredients:
- Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- Kinders or RedHot buffalo seasoning
- Brioche buns
- Pepper jack cheese
- Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing, Light
- Tomatoes
- Iceberg lettuce

Substitutions
Boneless, skinless chicken breast can be substituted for chicken thighs. Just slice in half length wise to create thinner slices. This will also help with more even cooking. Macros per serving if using chicken breast will change slightly. I recommend just logging each individual item to your food diary if making this change.
Toppings can be adjusted to your liking!
Sauce can easily be changed. Swap out the ranch or add some Chick Fil A Sauce or any sauce you love on a chicken sandwich.

Wireless Meat Thermometer– Use a meat thermometer for best results when cooking meat. Every air fryer is a little different and you want to be sure your chicken is heated to 165 degrees. I keep this one in my drawer by the air fryer.

Reheating Instructions
If, by chance, you have any leftover buffalo chicken, you can reheat it by putting it back in the air fryer for 5-7 minutes and it will be perfect made into a sandwich another day!

Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich

- 30 ounces boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 10 teaspoons Kinders or RedHot buffalo seasoning
- 5 whole grain brioche buns Walmart 25 carbs
- 5 slices pepper jack cheese
- 5 tablespoons Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing, Light
- 5 slices tomato
- 5-10 slices Iceberg lettuce
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Coat the chicken thighs with buffalo seasoning, salt and pepper.
- Place in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 13 minutes or until internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees.
- Divide chicken into 5 (about 4.5 oz. each sandwich) and place on the brioche buns with lettuce, tomato, and ranch (1 tablespoon each).
- Enjoy your crispy, juicy chicken sandwich!
