Since quarantine back in March I’ve been reaching for dumbbells at home a lot more often. I love a good, hard dumbbell workout. I also love thrusters! And no, I’m not kidding! Have fun with this one!

Equipment Needed: Dumbbells– you could use a barbell or anything from around the house if you don’t have any. A garden bag of dirt would even work!

Modification Options: Use a lighter weight if needed or eliminate the weight altogether.
