5 Rounds of:
- 5 Burpees
- 10 Box Jumps (20″)
- 15 Push-ups
- 20 Squats
- 30 Alternating Lunges

Plyo Box– if you have one, or find something you can use to jump on like a bench, sturdy chair, or flowerbed wall.
Modification Options: Be sure to modify this at home workout to your ability level. If needed step up instead of jump for the box jumps. You can step up for the burpees as well if needed.
