I hope your summer is going well and you’re keeping your body moving. Here’s a fun workout to try that only calls for a kettlebell. If you don’t have one, use anything heavy you find around the house.

  • 200 Meter Run
  • 30 Kettlebell Step-ups
  • 200 Meter Run
  • 40 Kettlebell Swings
  • 200 Meter Run
  • 50 Sit-ups

Equipment Needed: Kettlebell -or anything heavy from home.
