Are you on the summer salad train yet? If not, you should be! This Wedge Salad is a delicious one to add to your menu and something about it feels kind of fancy! This just seems like the kind of dish you would order at a fancy restaurant! Fancy or not, it’s delicious! Try it out and see for yourself!
You can serve this as an appetizer or pair it with your favorite protein (some suggestions can be found below) to have the perfect summer meal!

- Lettuce
- Roma tomatoes
- Blue cheese crumbles
- Real bacon crumbles
- Bolthouse Farms Blue Cheese dressing
- Chives

- Balsamic Glaze
- Cheddar Cheese
- Hard boiled eggs
Feel free to change these wedge salads up by switching out the dressing and/or the toppings to make it perfect for your tastes! Just don’t forget, swapping out ingredients can switch up the macros!

Wedge Salad
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 heads of lettuce
- 3 Roma tomatoes, diced (225g)
- 6 tablespoons blue cheese crumbles, I used Gorgonzola (56g)
- 6 tablespoons real bacon crumbles, 48g
- 12 tablespoons Bolthouse Blue Cheese Dressing
- chives, for garnish
Instructions
- Rinse lettuce and slice into 6 wedges. Remove the top few layers so you have a little bowl to hold some of the toppings.
- Top the wedges with the dressing, tomatoes, bacon, blue cheese crumbles, and chives.
- Serve immediately.
