I like this and will definitely make it again. Personally it was a little heavy on the bell peppers so I will probably just do one next time.
How many egg whites? There’s not a measurement.
Hi Sara, sorry about that! We just updated the recipe card to include the egg whites. Thanks for letting us know.
Hi, was wondering can you freeze the meals?
I don’t usually because my kids and husband will help eat them. However I have in the past and just about anything freezes just fine. I just let them defrost well before putting the glass bowls in the microwave so they don’t crack.
I need to keep my caloric count to 1200 calories to lose weight. Do you have dinner and dessert options totaling 600? Thanks!
Hi Mary! We have lots of meals that would help you do this. Most my meal prep recipes are right around 500 calories.
So good!!!!😊
Loving your meal prep recipes!! You make it so easy for me to prep my meals for the week. I was only doing one meal ahead but going to start doing 2 meals in bowls. I have been doing this for almost a year now and love your recipes. Can you tell when how accurate the calories are on the meals. I have heard that meal prep calories can sometimes vary by up to 30% from what is posted.
Hi Laura! I’m so glad you’re loving the recipes! I calculate the macros for all my recipes very carefully myself. Meaning, I don’t just upload my recipe onto the website recipe card and let it auto calculate. So no need to recalculate unless you’re making a few swaps that will change them significantly.
