SUPPLIES USED
- 4 Cup Glass Bowls – This is the size I use for all of my breakfast pancake bowls!
- Half Sheet Pan – This half sheet pan is perfect so that your meal prep bowls don’t slide around and makes transferring your glass bowls to and from the oven so much easier!
Can I use leftover cooked turkey?
Yes! This is a great idea! If using leftover cooked turkey breast, you’ll only need 28 ounces total, so 5.6 ounces per bowl.
What kind of cranberry sauce did you use?
I used canned cranberry sauce and blended it up so it was smooth. If you have some leftover homemade cranberry sauce that will work great!

Could I use cornstarch instead of flour for the gravy to make it gluten free?
Hi Stefanie! I’m honestly not sure, I’ve never tried it with cornstarch.
Could this recipe be assembled and then frozen in the silicone cubes for later use?
Hi Robin, I don’t see any reason you couldn’t freeze this one. I think it would freeze well.
This is so delish and hard to believe such good macros! It’s on regular rotation!
What would the cooking time be if using fresh green beans?
Yes! Cook time should be the same.
I am confused because the recipe refers to the 4 cup bowls and your comments above refer to using the 2 cup bowls. I am new to following your meal prepping and struggling with which size bowls to use for various recipes.
Anne, Pyrex comes in either 2 cup or 4 cup bowls! Her recipes will call for either size!
