This is my favorite SFM recipe yet! Delicious! 10/10 will make again I think I could eat it every day! I made mine with turkey and moose burger – odd combo but it worked! I forgot my toppings today so I can’t believe it will be even MORE delicious tomorrow!

This is my most favorite recipe I’ve made from the blog! It is delicious as written and I’ve made it at least half a dozen times. It’s so filling and yummy. I use ground turkey. I’m a huge wuss when it comes to chili powder, so at first, I automatically halved the chili powder. However, lately I’ve been making it with the full amount and love it as well.
I will say, I think the “optional” toppings of pickles, pickled onions, and sour cream are a MUST, though!!

    1. Absolutely! The macros would be slightly different, but it would taste great with either of those substitutions.

Ohmigosh – these are so good! I was unsure about the mix of sweet potato with the sloppy Joe mixture, my husband side-eyed me when I meal prepped these (LOL), but WOW they were such a hit. There is something lovely about the pillowy texture of the potatoes with the meat mixture. It just works. Thank you so much – we just love your meal prep bowls and appreciate your creativity/hard work in keeping things tasty and macro friendly.

This is EXCELLENT! I used less chili powder (1 tsp) and green chilies (4 oz) because I was going to be feeding some to my spice averse children. This recipe is a keeper and I will definitely make again! Thank you!

    1. I haven’t tried freezing this one, but I think the potatoes would freeze okay. You’ll have to let me know if you try.
