No equipment necessary for this Run & Burpee workout!
Today’s weekly workout challenge is a 1 mile run with a twist! Grab a friend and some running shoes and get ready to sweat.
Complete a 1 Mile Run for time. At the bottom of every minute, do 3 burpees.
This is a workout that can be modified accordingly.
Advanced: Run 1 Mile for time. At the bottom of every minute do 5 burpees.
Beginner: Run/ walk 1/2 Mile for time. At the bottom of every minute do 2-3 burpees.
