Workout Description: Make sure you set up your cardio stations prior to beginning the timer. You’ll start with shuttle runs. Set cones up anywhere from 20 to 50 ft apart. The exact distance isn’t as important as you’ll continue to run for the duration of the minute. Your next station, burpees, requires no equipment. Do as many burpees as you can within that 1 minute time frame. Next station Double Unders. See modification options below. The final station is a one minute rest. You’ll repeat all of this for 6 rounds total. A good goal would be to try to match reps from each station every round. This will require you to pace yourself from the beginning. Total workout time is 24 minutes.

Equipment Needed: Jump rope

Modification Options: You can always step down and step up with your burpees and even eliminate the hop to make this movement easier. Double unders can be modified to single skips.
