This little girl turned 2 years old a few weeks ago and I just still can’t even believe it. My baby grew into a toddler way too quickly! If I think about it too much I could just cry! I’m going to be THAT mom when she goes to kindergarten bawling my eyes out wondering where the time went. I’m not sure if my emotions run high with her because she’s a girl, or just because she’s the baby. Maybe it’s a combination of the two? I’ll go with that! Anyway, we just adore our little Makenna! Daddy snapped this cute photo of us so I had to share.
If you’ll be traveling over the holidays and can manage to take a kettlebell or even dumbbell, give this workout a try! This should take you less than 30 minutes to complete, which is perfect for us busy moms!

Four Rounds for time of:
- 20 Kettlebell swings
- 20 Alternating Snatch
- 20 Single Leg Deadlifts
- 20 Upright Rows
- 20 Deadlifts
- 400 Meter Run (1/4 mile)
- Keep track of your time using a watch or a Timer. (We frequently use the MYWOD app and recommend it to our readers. You can keep track of your workouts, they’ve got “How-To” videos, and of course the app has great timers.)
- I suggest using a 20-36 pound kettlebell. However, if you’re not confident you will finish in under 30 minutes, I suggest going lighter. Pick a weight you’re comfortable completing all four rounds with.
Good luck and remember we want to see how you did! Take a picture and tag us @StayFitMom_com and @StayFitMomBlog on Instagram and use hashtag #SFMWeeklyWorkout!
