I have my favorite appetizer recipe for you on the blog today! We love these Jalapeño Poppers! They are the perfect food for football Sunday, upcoming holiday parties, or whatever you need them for! They are easy to fit into your macro budget if you track your macros and are just such a fun snack! They are quick and easy to make and can be made in both the oven and the air fryer! Try these out, I just know you’re going to love them!

INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 less fat cream cheese
- Jalapeños
- Bacon
- McCormick Brown Sugar Bourbon seasoning (optional)

SUPPLIES USED
- Air Fryer – This is my favorite air fryer! It makes things so crispy and delicious without having to fry thing in oil and without having to heat up my house!
STORING & REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS
You can store any extra Jalapeño Poppers by placing them in an air tight container or Ziploc baggie and storing them in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Reheat your poppers by putting them back in the air fryer for 3-4 minutes to crisp the bacon back up!

Jalapeño Poppers
Equipment
Ingredients
- 8 ounce block of 1/3 less fat cream cheese
- 8 jalapeños
- 1 pound bacon, 16 slices Kirkland brand
- McCormick Brown Sugar Bourbon seasoning, optional
Instructions
- Slice jalapeños in half lengthwise, remove seeds, and rinse. Be careful not to touch your face or eyes!
- Fill each jalapeño with 1 tablespoon of cream cheese.
- Wrap each jalapeño with a piece of raw bacon.
- Secure with a toothpick if preferred.
- Season with brown sugar seasoning if you have it. If not, that’s okay, they will still be great!
OVEN
- Place poppers on a foil-covered cookie sheet.
- Bake at 405 degrees F for 13 minutes, or until bacon looks cooked.
AIR FRYER
- Place in tray without overlapping, cook at 370 degrees F for 13 minutes, or until bacon looks cooked.
