Ham & Swiss Sliders
Equipment
Ingredients
- 12 Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
- 27 ounces Honey Ham, I used Hillshire Farm Ultra thin
- 6 slices Swiss Cheese, I used Sargento
- 2 tablespoons melted butter, 28g
- 1/2 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon poppyseeds
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- pinch of salt
- pinch of pepper
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl combine the butter, dijon, Worcestershire, poppyseeds, and seasonings. Set aside.
- Without separating the rolls, slice them lengthwise with a bread knife so you have a bottom layer and a top layer. Place the bottom layer of the rolls in a 9X13 casserole dish.
- Fold up and layer on 4 slices of ham per roll (2.25 ounces per roll). Slice the cheese into quarters. Place 2 squares of cheese on each roll. Cover with the top layer of rolls.
- Spread the poppyseed sauce over the top of all the rolls. Cover with aluminum foil and let sit about 10 minutes while the oven preheats to 350 degrees.
- Bake covered for 10 minutes. Remove foil and cook another 3 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Enjoy!
