Jalapeño Poppers
Delicious cream cheese filled jalapeños wrapped in crispy bacon!

ounce
block of 1/3 less fat cream cheese
8
jalapeños
1
pound
bacon
16 slices Kirkland brand
McCormick Brown Sugar Bourbon seasoning
optional
Instructions
Slice jalapeños in half lengthwise, remove seeds, and rinse. Be careful not to touch your face or eyes!
Fill each jalapeño with 1 tablespoon of cream cheese.
Wrap each jalapeño with a piece of raw bacon.
Secure with a toothpick if preferred.
Season with brown sugar seasoning if you have it. If not, that’s okay, they will still be great!
OVEN
Place poppers on a foil-covered cookie sheet.
Bake at 405 degrees F for 13 minutes, or until bacon looks cooked.
AIR FRYER
Place in tray without overlapping, cook at 370 degrees F for 13 minutes, or until bacon looks cooked.
