If you haven’t tried a deck of cards workout yet, you should. It’s a lot of fun and you can customize it any way you like. If you have equipment you want to use, just change the excersises. If you don’t, do the one posted below. Have fun!

For Time:

Flip through a shuffled deck of cards and do the corresponding exercise for each one. Do not flip a card until you have completed the current card. See the key below for what to do for each card.

Equipment Needed: None!

Modification Options: Change any exercises you need to!
