10 Exercises for the High Energy Kid

I love teaching kids new exercises and watching them develop healthy habits.  Heck, it’s what I do for a living!  Some people think it’s crazy that I make my Kindergarten classes run laps around the school field, do bear crawls, burpess, and much more. Trust me, they can do it all, and most importantly, they LOVE it!  Exercises for the high energy kid are such a great tool to get their wiggles out!

I want to share with you 10 simple exercises you can have your own kids do to burn off some of that extra energy.

I need to have my kids do these!

Not only do you benefit from daily exercise, but little ones do too!  Improved mood, more energy, better focus in the classroom, the list goes on.  If only all kids had Physical Education at school everyday imagine how much healthier and what better students they could all be!

It’s not a perfect world but every little thing you do with your kids now can make a big difference.  Teach your kids these simple exercises and encourage them to do them when you are exercising or when you go to the park before they run over to the playground.
