Partner Workout, You Go… I Go!

Weekly Workout:
Partner Workout… You Go, I Go
10 ROUNDS
- 100 Meter Sprint
- 20 Sprinter Sit-ups
This week Stay Fit Mom is bringing you a partner workout that’s called You Go, I Go! While your partner works, you rest, and when you work, your partner rests! This means you’re going to get a little break, so GO HARD!!
Equipment needed:
- Timer {If and only IF you want to keep track of your time}. We frequently use the MYWOD app and recommend it to our readers. You can keep track of your workouts, they’ve got How To videos, and of course the app has great timers.
Modification Options: Be sure to modify this workout to your ability level if needed. Don’t let the number of rounds discourage you. You can modify Sprinter Sit-ups to regular Sit-ups and lower the repetitions if you need to.
At the start of the timer, Partner 1 takes off in a 100 meter sprint. When they return they will complete 20 Sprinter Sit-ups. See the demo video below for quick instructions on the Sprinter Sit-ups. When Partner 1 completes their Sprinter Sit-ups, they rest as Partner 2 takes off for their 100 meter sprint and Sprinter sit-ups. Continue until EACH partner has completed 10 rounds!
