After posting my Panko Baked Salmon recipe last month, I knew I needed to get my Blackened Salmon recipe up on the blog for you all to enjoy. My version is cooked in the air fryer with a delicious blend of spices and some brown sugar mixed in. This recipe is so full of flavor and the salmon comes out tender and flaky and just so, so good! Pair this with your favorite rice, pasta, veggies or anything else you love for an easy and delicious meal!

Can I bake this in the oven if I don’t have an Air Fryer?
Yes, you can! Place the salmon filets on a cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

Great tasting salmon with this rub on it. I used olive oil instead of butter 1tbsp for two filets
