- Bacon
- Diced ham
- Liquid egg white
- Mexican cheese blend
- Uncooked flour tortillas (3p/23c/4f per tortilla)
Substitutions
These burritos are super versatile! Here are some easy swaps you can make based on your preferences or what you have on hand:
- Sweet potatoes: Swap for white potatoes or hash browns for a classic breakfast feel.
- Breakfast meats: Use all one kind of meat if you prefer — turkey sausage, bacon, or ham all work well individually. You can also use turkey bacon or chicken sausage for a leaner option.
- Egg whites: Whole eggs or a mix of whole eggs and egg whites can be used.
- Cheese: Swap Mexican blend for cheddar, pepper jack, or even feta for a fun twist.
- Tortillas: Use low-carb or whole wheat tortillas to fit your macros or dietary needs.

Variations & Additions
Want to change it up? Try one of these ideas:
- Veggie-loaded version: Add diced bell peppers, spinach, or onions to the mix before cooking.
- Spicy version: Stir in diced jalapeños or a drizzle of hot sauce for extra kick.
- Southwest twist: Add black beans, corn, and a sprinkle of cilantro.
- Sauce it up: Pair with salsa, guacamole, or Greek yogurt for dipping.
Storage & Meal Prep Tips
Let the burritos cool completely before refrigerating or freezing.
- Refrigerate: Store up to 4 days in an airtight container.
- Freeze: Wrap individually in foil or parchment, then place in a freezer bag for up to 2 months.
- Reheat: Microwave for 1–2 minutes or pop in the air fryer at 350°F for 5–7 minutes until heated through.
