Sidewalk Workout

Sometimes it’s hard to get motivated. Sometimes I just DON’T want to workout, I’ll be honest. The motivation to workout comes and goes, just like with anything else. But NEVER have I EVER regretted doing it. Never have I completed a workout and thought, “Wow that was a waste of time and I don’t feel better at all.” If you have been struggling to make yourself workout, think of me sitting on your shoulder and telling you to just do it anyway. Heck, do this sidewalk workout! No equipment is needed and it will only take you 15 minutes!

One thing I also know to be true is that you don’t need hours and hours of exercise. Most people don’t even bother exercising because they don’t think they have that time. Believe me when I say, something is better than nothing. Get out there, soak up some vitamin D, and just do it!

Equipment Needed: None!

Modification Options: Be sure to modify this at home workout to your ability level.  If you struggle to run, walk as much as needed. If you struggle to hold a plank, build up to a full 30 seconds with rest between smaller sets. For example: 10 seconds on, 10 seconds rest X3
