Workout Description
Today’s workout includes 4 sets with a two minute rest in between sets. At the start of the timer begin with a 45 second jog. Next, grab your set of 8 pound dumbbells to complete 18 Dumbbell Thrusters. Finish the set with 75 single skip jump ropes. After you complete these three movements rest for 2 minutes before beginning your second set. Continue through this sequence until you complete all 4 sets. Your dumbbell weight should be light enough to complete all 18 thrusters in one set. Break up jump rope sets as needed.

Modification Options
The weight of the dumbbells should be light enough to do all 18 thrusters in one set. Reduce or increase the weight as needed. Increase intensity by subbing single skip jump ropes for double unders.
