We made it into the new year!! We hope you’re all feeling well and set some great goals for yourself. Together we can accomplish them all! Here’s a fun workout I did today at the gym that you can do at home. If you don’t have all the equipment don’t worry, modifications for all movements are below.
30 minute AMRAP (30 minute clock:
- minute. 1: bike for calories (jumping jacks for mod)
- minute 2: Russian kettlebell swings
- minute 3: shuttle runs
- minute 4: sit-ups
- minute 5: row (sumo deadlift high pulls for mod)
- minute 6: rest

Modification Options: If you don’t have the equipment above do the suggest modification. Go at your own pace and try to only rest during the 6th minute.
