I saw these Air Fryer Salmon Bites all over social media and just knew I had to try them for myself. Let’s just say I was not disappointed and couldn’t wait to share the recipe with you. These crispy little salmon bites are so flakey and have the best flavor. They are super easy to put together and pop in the air fryer for a quick and yummy dinner!

- Wild caught salmon
- Olive oil
- Dijon mustard
- Paprika
- Garlic powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cayenne pepper

Air Fryer Salmon Bites
Equipment
Ingredients
- 1 pound wild caught salmon
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- pinch of cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Cube your salmon into 1 inch squares and place in a bowl.
- Drizzle on the olive oil and seasonings. Mix well to coat all the pieces.
- Place bites evenly in air fryer and fry at 390 for 8-10 minutes.
- Serve over rice, veggies, or mashed potatoes.
