Pasta Caesar Salad

I just love a good salad–especially in the summertime! Caesar salad is always a favorite around our house, and adding some pasta to the mix makes it that much better. I love the crisp romaine lettuce, the perfect pasta, the delicious dressing, and of course the crunchy croutons! Serve this salad for a light lunch, as a side to your favorite meal, or add some grilled chicken and make it a meal all by itself. Voila, you have the perfect summer dish!

Ingredients
- Romaine lettuce
- Bowtie pasta
- Bolthouse Farms Creamy Ceasar Dressing
- Parmigiano reggiano cheese
- Caesar croutons
- Salt & pepper
*Use any Caesar salad dressing you like! I used the Bolthouse Farm dressing because the macros are so great.

Pasta Caesar Salad
Ingredients
- 400 g romaine lettuce, diced
- 8 ounces bowtie pasta, uncooked
- 8 tablespoons Bolthouse Farms Creamy Ceasar Dressing
- 1/4 cup parmigiano reggiano, 28g
- 14 tablespoons Caesar croutons
- salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted water to al dente. You do not want to cook the pasta fully, remove it 2-3 minutes early and strain. Set aside to cool.
- Once pasta has cooled 5-10 minutes stir in the dressing.
- In a serving bowl add the lettuce, pasta, cheese, croutons, and some salt and pepper. Mix well and serve.
Notes
- Use any Caesar salad dressing you like! I used the Bolthouse Farm dressing because the macros are so great.
