Is it strange that I can’t wait to do my next Whole30!? Easy to say right now while I’m 31 weeks pregnant and ready to just be skinny again, right? You better believe that after this baby girl is born Whole30 round 2 is definitely in the works! Who’s going to join me!? For now, I’m going to focus on great recipes that I will be able to enjoy when I do the next Whole30! Today I’m sharing my healthy spin on the traditional nacho recipe that you love! Gather up your favorite salsa and get ready for a special treat with these Whole30 Nachos!

Now on to this delicious Whole30 Nacho recipe! Let’s gather up our favorite Whole30 compliant nacho toppings first.
Ingredients
I used seasoned ground turkey with chopped onions(recipe for homemade taco seasoning here on my Instagram page), Pace salsa, tomatoes, guacamole, jalepenos, green onions, and bell peppers for this recipe.
Instructions
Cook ground turkey and onions, drain fat, and add taco seasoning. Again, the taco seasoning recipe is here.
I made these last weekend in Utah for lunch and had my family test them out for me. They thought they were great! Enjoy!!

Whole30 Nachos
Ingredients
- Sliced bell peppers, I used red, green, orange, and yellow
- 1 lb Ground turkey, I seasoned mine with my homemade taco seasoning. See link above for recipe
- 1/2 Chopped onion, I cooked mine with ground turkey
- Chopped tomatoes
- Guacamole
- Sliced jalepenos
- Pace Salsa
- Chopped green onions
Instructions
- Cook ground turkey and onions, drain fat, add taco seasoning.
- Slice bell peppers into "chips" and arrange on plate.
- Top bell peppers with all remaining ingredients.
- Enjoy!
- If you used 1lb ground turkey and 4 bell peppers this should easily feed 3-4 people.
