Yay for Fall weather! Let’s get outside and do some running! Here’s a fun workout for you to do outside. I’m throwing a new movement in there too, candlesticks! Click for the demo below. Have fun!

For time:

400m run

Then complete 3 rounds of:

9 squats

7 candlesticks

5 burpess

Then:

400m run

Equipment Needed: None!

Modification Options: Do hand release push-ups or push-ups to a box if needed.
