4 Rounds for time:

  • 5 Pull-ups
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 15 Air Squats
  • 400 Meter Run

Equipment Needed: None

Modification Options: If you don’t want to get upside down, use some dumbbells or a barbell and do some strict presses for 30 seconds instead.
