4 Rounds for time:
- 5 Pull-ups
- 10 Push-ups
- 15 Air Squats
- 400 Meter Run
Equipment Needed: None
Modification Options: If you don’t want to get upside down, use some dumbbells or a barbell and do some strict presses for 30 seconds instead.
