This week’s stroller workout is inspired by my 2 week long vacation. I didn’t bring much with me for workouts, but I did bring my stroller. My mom and older sister have been walking me like crazy and I must say, walking miles and miles everyday gets tiring! Now I know everyone isn’t pregnant like me so I programed a 2 mile run in this workout. Did I run it? No way. I think my running days are quickly coming to an end until this little girl arrives.

Equipment Needed:
- Run Keeper App (or any similar app that will keep track of your distance traveled)
- Stroller (I have 2 kids and absolutely LOVE my BOB Revolution Stroller!)
Modification Options:
- Like a lot of our workouts, this needs to be done as quickly as possible. With that said, be sure to modify this workout to your ability level. Don’t let the number of repetitions or the distance of this workout intimidate you. You can always modify to your ability level. For example, because I’m 19 weeks pregnant and not up for much running these days I walked the 2 miles and kept the rest the same.
