This is such a simple recipe to throw together for dinner for your family. I just use roast beef from Costco to make this, but you can grab some just about anywhere. Add this to your dinner menu next week, you wont regret it! As always, the macros are already calculated for you and are in MyFitnessPal!

My kids wont touch anything with onions and peppers in it, so I just make their without and they love them. These are really good with pickled onions too! Here’s the pickled onion recipe I use on my Tiktok. They’re great on so many different things.

This recipe is actually originally found in the Home Cooked Meals cookbook. For more great recipes your whole family will love, grab a copy today! Hard copies take 2-4 weeks to print and ship but the digital version will be sent automatically once you purchase.
