Ingredients 

  • 14 ounces shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup whole kernel corn, 65g
  • 1/2 cup black beans, 125g
  • 2 tablespoons red onions, diced (20g)
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced (50g)
  • 2 tablespoons minced jalapeños, 15g
  • 2 tablespoons minced cilantro
  • 5 tablespoons light mayonnaise, 75g
  • 1/2 cup plain non fat Greek yogurt, 113g
  • 1/2 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese, 56g
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • pepper, to taste
  • 56 g Frito chips, crumbled

Instructions 

  • Place all ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl. Combine well. Divide evenly into 5 containers. Refrigerate immediately.
