Chicken Taquitos are such a fun and easy meal to put together! There are lots of different varieties and recipes out there, but this is one of our favorites! These are delicious made fresh or made ahead of time and frozen to eat later. And best of all they are loved by people of all ages, so your whole family will enjoy this meal. Serve these Bacon Ranch Taquitos with some chips and salsa, with a side of Cilantro Lime Rice, or Spanish Rice and dinner is done!

- Dill seasoning

- Corn tortillas

Supplies Used
- Crepe Pro – I use my Crepe Pro for crepes and so many other things! It’s perfect for baking these Bacon Ranch Taquitos!
- Half Sheet Pan – You can bake these taquitos on a regular sheet pan if you don’t have a Crepe Pro.
Storing Instructions
Make sure to let your taquitos cool completely before storing in an airtight container or bag. If you do not, there will be too much moisture and the tortillas will get soggy. Store these in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Freezing Instructions
If you prep these ahead of time or if you have leftovers, you can make them, let them cool, and then store them in an airtight container in the freezer. Reheat in the microwave, in the oven, or pop them in the air fryer!

Bacon Ranch Taquitos

Ingredients
- 16 ounces cooked shredded, chicken breast
- 4 ounces 1/3 less fat cream cheese
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek Yogurt, 130g
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon dill seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chives
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons crumbled bacon, 28g
- 1/2 cup part-skim cheddar cheese, 56g
- 10 corn tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- In a blender, combine the cream cheese, Greek
- yogurt, and all spices. Pour over the top of the shredded chicken, add the cheddar cheese and bacon, and mix well.
- Warm up corn tortillas in the microwave so they’re soft. Place tortillas on a plate. Warm for 30 seconds, flip, then warm for another 20–30 seconds.
- Spray a baking sheet with a small amount of cooking spray. Fill each tortilla with 75 grams of the chicken mixture. Fold and arrange on the baking sheet with the open side down.
- Once all taquitos have been made, lightly spray them with cooking spray.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until the edges of the tortillas are turning a golden brown.
