There’s no denying that this program is successful. Why? Because every macro prescription is based on the individual. No two clients’ macros are the same and that’s because no two people are the same. Every person has their own unique genetic make up, metabolism, training program, and activity level and their unique macro prescriptions and adjustments reflect that.
We have high expectations for our clients and we love watching them rise to the occasion! Yes, macros comes with food freedom, but it takes commitment and consistency on repeat to see these types of transformations.
Our clients see amazing results without feeling deprived. They DO NOT eat low calorie. They fuel their bodies for the demands their lives require which makes this sustainable long term.
We love hearing all of the Non-scale victories (NSV’s) that come with the program and we’re not just talking about feeling more confident in a bikini!
Faster mile times, new Personal Records (PR’s) in the gym, increased energy level to keep up with the little ones, and even a lower resting heart rate are all NSV’s we celebrate on the regular.
We pride ourselves in fostering a supportive environment of acceptance and positivity and we’ve hit the jackpot in the community department! These women lift each other up, they lift US up. And while macros isn’t always rainbows and sunshine, it’s a privilege to travel the road with like- minded individuals who are constantly striving for growth.
