20 Minute Dumbbell Workout

I hope you all had a wonderful Halloween yesterday. Tracy sent me a text around 2:30 and invited us to come for macro friendly personal pizzas and group trick or treating. I couldn’t turn down an offer like that! Here is a pic of the kiddos from last night.

I was asked to organize a Halloween parade for my school so I figured I’d better come up with a good costume. I had the other teachers cracking up and the students doing double takes all day. It was a really fun day but I was glad to finally be out of those panty hose at the end of the day!
It’s been a super crazy few months now that we are doing macro coaching. It’s been an amazing experience but boy it sure takes up a lot of my time! If you’re like me and love a quick workout at home this one is perfect for you!
20 Min. A.M.R.A.P. of:
- 20 Thrusters
- 20 Push Presses
- 20 Burpees Over the Barbell
- 20 Weighted Sit-ups

Equipment Needed:
- Dumbbell -I used a 25lb dumbbell for this workout
- Keep track of your time using a watch or a Timer. (We frequently use the MYWOD app and recommend it to our readers. You can keep track of your workouts, they’ve got “How-To” videos, and of course the app has great timers.)
Modification Options:
- Be sure to modify this at home workout to your ability level. Choose a weight that you’re confident you can continue to use for the full 20 minutes.
