Weekly Workout

Having a set of dumbbells at home really comes in handy. Here’s a great one one to try at home with a pair of dumbbells. Let me know if you try it!


Workout:

5 Rounds of:

  • 16 Dumbbell Lunges
  • 16 Sit-ups
  • 16 Step-ups holding the Dumbbells

Equipment Needed: Dumbbells– or any heavy objects you can hold.

Plyo Box– or bench, sturdy chair, or wall you can step-up onto.

Modification Options: Use an appropriate weight so you don’t have to modify the number of repetitions of the movements.
