- Brownie mix (I used Ghirardelli)
- Pure pumpkin puree
- Chocolate chips

Such a Fun and Easy Treat
This Single Serve Brownie is such a great treat that you can easily fit into your day! One of the bonuses of this recipes it that you can cook it in the microwave in about a minute! Who doesn’t have a minute to make a quick and easy treat? If you have a little bit more time on your hands, you can bake them in the oven to make several at once.
Because this recipe is lower in fat, it has a more cake like texture, rather than being more on the fudgy side. But they are still delicious and SO versatile!
Storing & Reheating Instructions
If you made an extra Single Serve Brownie (or more!) to enjoy later, you can store them in an air tight container or baggie for up to 5 days.
You can reheat your brownie by putting it in the microwave for 15-20 seconds to enjoy it warm again!

Single Serve Brownie
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup brownie mix, I used Ghirardelli (48g)
- 3 tablespoons pure pumpkin puree
- 1/2 tablespoon chocolate chips, 7.5g
Instructions
- In a small, microwave safe bowl combine both ingredients well.
- Microwave 1 minute or bake in the oven 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Optional: Top with some slow churned vanilla ice cream!
