- Flake salt
- Low fat cottage cheese
- Hard boiled egg
- Honey (7g)
- Red pepper flakes
Step By Step Instructions
- Toast your sourdough to your liking and place on a plate.
- Spread on the avocado with a fork and sprinkle on the salt.

3. Spread on the cottage cheese.

4. Using a hand held grater, shred the egg on top.

5. Drizzle on the honey and sprinkle on the red pepper flakes.
