INGREDIENTS

  • Slice sourdough bread – my favorite recipe here!
  • AvocadoF
  • Flake salt
  • Low fat cottage cheese
  • Hard boiled egg
  • Honey (7g)
  • Red pepper flakes


Step By Step Instructions

  1. Toast your sourdough to your liking and place on a plate.
  2. Spread on the avocado with a fork and sprinkle on the salt.
