Pasta Caesar Salad
Crisp romaine lettuce and bowtie pasta tossed with Caesar dressing, cheese, and croutons!

Ingredients

romaine lettuce
diced

bowtie pasta
uncooked

Bolthouse Farms Creamy Ceasar Dressing
1/4
cup
parmigiano reggiano

Caesar croutons
salt & pepper
to taste
Instructions
Cook pasta in salted water to al dente. You do not want to cook the pasta fully, remove it 2-3 minutes early and strain. Set aside to cool.
Once pasta has cooled 5-10 minutes stir in the dressing.
In a serving bowl add the lettuce, pasta, cheese, croutons, and some salt and pepper. Mix well and serve.
Notes
Use any Caesar salad dressing you like! I used the Bolthouse Farm dressing because the macros are so great.
