Yes, we still have 1:1 Macro Coaching and yes, it’s incredibly effective, but over time, we’ve also seen that tracking isn’t always realistic for every person in every season of life.
At the beginning of the year we started asking ourselves… What if we developed a program that could help people make traction with their goals without the overwhelm of having to track, weigh and measure? Could we take the expertise and experience at Stay Fit Mom and transfer that knowledge to our clients in a different way. A way That offered both accountability, structure and support without the burnout, stress and overwhelm while still yielding results?
As of today, we get to say we’ve done it. Whether you’re just getting started or need a simpler, stress-free way to find success with your nutrition, we created this program with YOU in mind. We’re so excited to finally offer an option that meets you where you are and helps you build lasting results without the overwhelm.
Our Habit based nutrition program is as simple as 1,2,3.
- 1 balanced plate at each meal
- 2 servings of veggies per day
- 3 habits of focus
In this program you’ll learn the foundational skills needed to build a balanced plate. Every week you will upload up to 5 photos of your meals, snacks, etc. and your coach will give feedback to ensure your meals meet your goals. Plus you’ll have access to recipes every month to support macro balanced eating (without having to macro track yourself).
You’ll work 1:1 with a coach who will help tailor your habits of focus to your lifestyle and goals. Each week you’ll check in with your coach through private email check-in link. Your coach will work with you to make adjustments to your nutritional plan based on your weekly biofeedback and results.
While this habit based program is new, you’ll continue to receive the same unmatched support, accountability and expertise that Stay Fit Mom has always delivered!

How much weight will I lose on this program? Just like with our macro tracking program, results with our new Habits-Based Nutrition Program will vary from person to person. Every client is unique — your starting point, consistency, and personal goals all play a role in the outcome. In both our programs, the focus is not just on weight loss, but on body composition changes — meaning losing fat while preserving lean muscle mass.
Our goal is to help you build sustainable habits that support long-term health and fat loss, not just a quick drop on the scale.
