  • 400 Meter Run
  • 21 Burpees
  • 21 Sit-ups
  • 800 Meter Run
  • 21 Burpees
  • 21 Sit-ups
  • 400 Meter Run
  • 21 Burpees
  • 21 Sit-ups

Equipment Needed: Yoga Matt if you don’t have some grass nearby to do the burpess and sit-ups.

Modification Options: Be sure to modify this at home workout to your ability level.  If you can’t run the 400 Meters, walk or reduced in half.
