This is the time of year I start to enjoy working out outside. It’s going to be in the 80’s this weekend! Wahoo! Here’s the perfect workout to do outside if it’s nice where you are also.

Every 4 minutes, for 20 minutes:

  • 400 Meter Run
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 20 Kettlebell swings

Equipment Needed: Kettlebell – or a dumbell works great!

Modification Options: Do hand release push-ups or push-ups to a box if needed.
