My husband had his PE students do this workout this week and I thought it looked like fun. You can use any object for today’s workout. A wall ball, sandbag, dumbbell, or barbell are some suggestions. If you don’t have any equipment grab something from around the house!
- Ground to Overhead with object
- Hop over object
- Thrusters with object

You’re going to complete 30 repetitions of each movement before moving on to 20 repetitions, and then 10. You’ll do the same with the second set of movements.
