Weekly Workout

We did this at the gym a few weeks ago and I thought it was fun. We did push press and then slam balls. Basically you can do any movement you want. If you don’t have any equipment Burpees is going to be your best bet. Have fun with this one!

Weekly Workout:

EMOM (every minute on the minute) for as long as possible:

Minute 1: 1 Burpee

Minute 2: 2 Burpees

Minute 3: 3 Burpees, etc.

Continue increasing reps until you can’t complete the total reps in the minute.

Equipment Needed: None!

Modification Options: Sub v-ups for sit-ups and modify the push-ups to a box or wall if needed.
