Workout Description
At the start of the timer complete 40 double under jump ropes. Next move on to 30 sit-ups, followed by 20 push-ups and then complete a 500 meter row. Repeat this sequence for a total of 5 rounds.
Equipment Needed
- Jump rope
- Rower
- Plyometric box (if modifying to elevated push-ups)
Modification Options
Beginner: Swap double unders for single skip jump ropes. Modify push-ups to an elevated surface like a plyometric box or bench. If you don’t have access to a rower substitute for a 400 meter run.
Advanced: Swap out sit-ups for GHD sit-ups.
