Gather your squad. This one’s better with friends! There’s something powerful about sweating it out alongside people who cheer you on, push your pace, and keep you accountable. This team workout is all about that kind of community. Grab two friends, head outside or to your garage gym, and take on this fun, fast-paced challenge together. You’ll take turns running, swinging kettlebells, and holding a plank—rotating each time your runner returns. It’s simple, scalable, and full of that energy only group workouts can bring. Workout Description
This partner-style workout is perfect for a group of three. At the start of the timer, one person runs 200 meters. While that person is running the other two rotate through kettlebell swings and a plank hold. When the runner returns, teammates rotate roles. The goal is to keep moving, encourage one another, and push through as a team. The workout is complete when the 18 minute timer goes off.
