Five rounds of step-ups, sit-ups, and a short run will leave you feeling stronger, more energized, and ready to tackle the rest of your day. Workout Description

At the start of the timer complete 12 step-ups to a box or other elevated surface. Next complete 24 sit-ups and finally complete the round with a 200 meter run. Repeat this for 4 more rounds for a total of 5 rounds.

Equipment Needed

Modification Options

Beginner: If you are unable to complete the 200 meter run without stopping, reduce to 100 meters.

Advanced: Add a dumbbell in each hand (25 to 35 pounds) for the step ups.
