Supplies Used
Ninja Creami–I have this 7 in 1 and it does everything I need. I prefer the smaller cups compared to the Ninja Creami Deluxe machine and cups that are twice as big.
Extra Cups–I have 10 cups and it makes prepping these creami for the week for multiple people so much easier! Not necessary, but definitely nice to have!
Hand Blender–I love using this to mix up my Creamis before I freeze them. A frother isn’t quite powerful enough and using the blender is a pain because then you just have more dishes to wash!
Insulated Cup Sleeves– I don’t have these exact sleeves but we have some homemade ones from grandma we love using so our hands don’t get cold while enjoying our Creami!
Important Ninja Creami Tip
If you have an off centered lump on the top of your frozen creami, use a knife to flatten it out as best you can before spinning it in the machine. I’ve learned the hard way that an off centered bubble will cause the paddle attachment to come off the rod and break your machine!! (Ninja did replace my creami in both instances, but it was still a hassle so I want to warn you!)

Can I Use Any Milk?
I always use Fairlife milk because it’s extra creami, lactose free, and just makes for the best ice cream in my opinion. The fat free, 2%, and chocolate Fairlife are all amazing in the creami machine. I’ve tried other milks, but it’s always more icy. If you have an allergy I suggest experimenting and finding what milk you like best.
Can I Make this in a Blender?
Of course! It won’t turn out super creamy and ice cream like of course, but it will still taste really great! I would suggest adding a few frozen banana pieces and ice for a thicker shake in the blender.
Can I refreeze My Creami If I don’t finish it?
if you don’t finish eating your Orange Creamsicle Creami, flatten the top as best you can and place back in the freezer. Use the respin option on the Ninja Creami when ready to eat.

Storing
You can store any uneaten Peppermint Protein Creami by smoothing the top as well as you can in the pint, putting the lid back on, and returning to the freezer. When you’re ready to eat the rest, take it from the freezer and use the re-spin option on the Ninja Creami.

Peppermint Protein Creami
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups 2% milk, I like to use Fairlife
- 1 squirt liquid stevia
- 1 scoop Clean Simple Eats white chocolate peppermint whey protein
- 1 Oreo Cakester, or 2.5 Oreos
- 1 teaspoon crushed candy cane pieces
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the ninja creami cup and blend well with a hand held blender or high powered frother.
- Let sit out 3-5 minutes to let the bubbles settle. Cover with lid and place in the freezer at least 12 hours or preferably overnight.
- Place frozen ice cream in a bowl of hot water for 60 seconds to defrost the sides of the cup.
- Place in the ninja creami machine and press the lite ice cream button.
- Respin a second time by pressing the repsin button. Repeat as the respin button as many times as needed until you get the consistency you like.
- Add the Oreo Cakester and candy cane pieces to the center of the creami. Place back in the machine and press the mix-in button.
- Enjoy!
Notes
- Let your creamis sit out on the counter a minimum of 5 minutes after mixing for the freezer, to let the bubbles settle.
- Don’t skimp on soaking your creami for 60 seconds in hot water before spinning. This will help eliminate slushy sides.
- Add 1 tablespoon of milk when spinning your creami if it’s too powdery after multiple re-spins.
- Clean your Creami lid and the bottom of the rod on the machine really well after each use. If you don’t you’ll get gunk build up and it will begin to smell.
