Workout Description

At the start of the workout complete 15 dumbbell lunges with one 20 lb dumbbell weight held below your chin. Next complete 40 flutter kicks (moving both right and left foot count as one repetition). Then complete 10 push-ups. Complete this sequence for a total of 4 rounds.

Equipment Needed

  • Dumbbells
  • Mat if desired for sit-ups
  • Elevated surface if modifying push-up

Modification Options

Beginner: Reduce the weight on the dumbell lunge to 10 pounds. It should be a weight that allows you to maintain a steady pace while keeping good form. If unable to do flutter kicks swap for regular sit-ups. Modify push-ups to an elevated surface or to your knees.

Advanced: Increase dumbbell weight to 35 pounds.
